The health and safety of everyone impacted by a project is Neptune’s highest priority. Our protocols, continual improvement processes, maintenance, and safety culture allow us to realize the best outcomes without compromising safety. The Neptune Health and Safety Program addresses safe work practices and job procedures, accident reporting, and training. The program encompasses both field and office work in order to protect the safety of all workers.

Neptune takes pride in being one of the only water service companies to have achieved the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) and Ontario Construction Safety Association (ACSA) Certificate of Recognition (COR). By achieving COR, Neptune demonstrates that our health and safety management system has been developed, implemented through comprehensive internal and external audits and is evaluated on an annual basis.

Our policy ensures a healthy and safe workplace, and we will take every precaution to protect all Neptune Technology Group employees and contractors. From top management to field worker, everyone has responsibility for health and safety and all employees participate in the program. Neptune Technology Group is committed to protection against accidental loss for both employees and property.

In addition, for your safety, Technicians and Contact Centre staff will ask owner/occupants to open all doors and/or panels en route to the water meter wherever possible as well as remove any objects surrounding the water meter.
