With the addition of R900® radio frequency (RF) meter interface units (MIUs), meter readings are transmitted directly to handhelds as the meter reader walks the route. The same meter reading software provides seamless technology migration by allowing collection of keyed, probed, or radio-transmitted meter readings all within the same route.
